Our 1100 sq ft home is a single level 1960's-style ranch. The house sits on a 1/4 acre lot with shady front and back yards. We have three bedrooms, one of which is set up as a WFH office that has hard-wired fast Internet (in addition to wifi throughout the house) and a single bed with trundle. Both the king and queen rooms have smart TVs. We are ideally suited for a couple, two couples, a family or three single people.

We have smart locks on both the front and back doors. Our covered front porch offers views of the historic neighborhood complete with stone walls. Our spacious backyard is private and has a deck, BBQ, hot tub, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furniture.

This small and unique neighborhood is nestled between downtown Bristol, Colt State Park, the East Bay Bike Path/Harbor and the July 4th Parade Route (Hope Street). It is family friendly and very safe — and walking distance to everything!

Sweet spot is easy walking distance to downtown Bristol and Colt Park/beautiful Bristol Town Beach. Driveway parking for two cars and just steps away from public transit (bus) that goes direct to Providence and Newport. Fast ferries to the islands are 30 minutes drive making it easy to spend the day at Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard.

We have four security cameras outside our home to protect our property when it is empty and also to protect Guests while the home is occupied. One camera covers the driveway, another covers the entry to the backyard and the other two point to entry doors, front and back.
